TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE – VESPERA PARIS

Article 1 – Purpose: These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Vespera Paris (hereinafter “the Seller”) and any consumer making a purchase on the website [URL of your shop] (hereinafter “the Buyer”).
Article 2 – Products: Vespera Paris offers jewellery for sale. The products are described and presented as accurately as possible. The Seller shall not be held liable in the event of any error or omission.
Article 3 – Prices: Prices are quoted in euros (€) inclusive of all taxes (TTC). Vespera Paris reserves the right to amend its prices at any time, it being understood that the price applicable to the order is that in force at the time of its confirmation.
Article 4 – Order: The Buyer places their order online via the website. The sale is deemed to have been concluded upon receipt of payment. An order confirmation is sent by email.
Article 5 – Payment: Payment is made online using the methods offered on the website. Bank details are secured and encrypted.
Article 6 – Delivery: Orders are dispatched to the address provided by the Buyer. Delivery times are given for information purposes only. Vespera Paris cannot be held liable for any delays.
Article 7 – Right of withdrawal: In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason. Return costs are to be borne by the Buyer unless otherwise stated.
Article 8 – Returns and refunds: Returned products must be in their original condition, unworn and in their original packaging. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the return.
Article 9 – Statutory warranties: All our products are covered by the statutory warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
Article 10 – Liability: Vespera Paris shall not be held liable for any indirect damage resulting from the use of the products sold.
Article 11 – Personal data: The data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR.
Article 12 – Disputes: In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution shall be sought as a matter of priority. Failing this, the French courts shall have jurisdiction. The Buyer may also resort to mediation via the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
Article 13 – Applicable law: These T&Cs are governed by French law.
