Shipping policy

Processing times: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days of receipt of payment. Orders placed at the weekend or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery methods and times: We ship from France to mainland France and internationally.

Mainland France: 2 to 5 working days
European Union: 5 to 10 working days
International: 7 to 15 working days

The delivery times given are for guidance only and may vary depending on the carrier and periods of high demand.

Delivery charges: Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout, based on the weight of the order and the destination.

Order tracking: A dispatch confirmation email containing a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Delivery not received: If your parcel has not arrived within the specified time frame, please contact us at vesparaparis@gmail.com, quoting your order number. We will take the necessary steps to resolve the situation.

Customs and international taxes: For deliveries outside the European Union, customs charges may apply depending on the legislation of the destination country. These charges are payable by the customer.
